Charles grew up with the funeral home and was always involved in some way, whether it was cleaning the funeral home or cleaning the cars. After attending the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, he became a licensed funeral director in 1973. Over the years, he has seen the funeral home through many changes.
