Patricia Ann Levine

Patricia Levine, age 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2022. Patsy was born on June 5, 1940 to her mother, Mary Levine and her father Benjamin Levine. Her father unfortunately passed away early in her life so she was raised by her mother alone.  Patsy was preceded in death by her lifelong companion Howard Klank and 5 of her 6 siblings. She is survived by one brother, Ronald Levine, Sisters in law Clara Levine and Dolores Levine , God daughters Rona Thomas, Dawn DeBaugh, Mary Renee Levine-Hornak,  and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation hours will be held at Kaczorowski Funeral Home , 1201 Dundalk Avenue, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. A service will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Kaczorowski Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church, 3701 Sweet Air Road, Phoenix, Maryland 21131.
