Patricia M. Falkenstein

On Sunday, April 18, 2021 PATRICIA M. FALKENSTEIN (nee Flynn) beloved wife of  the late Andrew H. Falkenstein, devoted mother  of  Donald, and James Falkenstein, Patricia Woodward & her husband Derek, and the late Andrew  Loving grandmother of Elizabeth, Emily, Aidan, and Lela.  Loving daughter of the late George and Hilda Flynn.  Dear sister of the late Kathleen Jones and James Flynn.  Patricia is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
Visiting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.  Funeral Mass on Saturday, 9 am, at Our lady of Hope Church.  Interment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
