On Friday, August 25, 2023, PATRICIA M. CIERNIAK passed away. She was the beloved daughter of the late Edward S. and Lottie K. (Korczynski) Cierniak, Sister of Denise Radtka and her husband John; Aunt of Dr. Josh Radtka and Zachary Radtka and Great Nephews Everett and Grant.
Visitation will be on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with a funeral service at 12 p.m. Interment in St. Michael Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery
