After a brief illness, on January 26, 2016, WILLIAM "BILL" C. BEUTGEN , beloved son of the late John and Stella Beutgen, dear brother of Stella Seal, Jackie Beutgen, Debi Vittek, Mary L. Rukowicz, and the late John C. Beutgen, II, father of Samantha and Donny. Bill is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
