On July 31, 2016, VERNON W. PHILLIPS (PRZYBYLSKI ) beloved son of the late Walter and Anna (nee Wisniewski) Phillips, dear brother of Daniel J. Phillips and the late Leonard Phillips. Vernon is also survived by 5 nephews, 1 great nephew and 1 great niece.
