Kaczerowski beloved wife of the late Walter Kaczerowski, dear mother of Sharon Cerny and her husband Michael, Denise Waugh and her husband David, and the late Janet Gross and her surviving spouse Richard. Grandmother of Lisa, Kevin, Brian, Michele, Gregory and Stephanie. Great grandmother of Austin, Kayla, Julie, Ashley, Connor, Drew, Walter and Paul. Dear sister of Charles Fairley.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral home P.A. 1201 Dundalk Ave. on Thursday and Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass in St. Clement's Hoffbauer Church Rosedale on Monday at 10:30AM. Interment St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made in Theresa's name to Starzl Liver Transplantation Inst., 3455 5th Avenue, Pittsburg, PA 15213.
