On October 24, 2017, RUSSELL L. FRANK, JR. beloved husband of Louise Frank, devoted father of Traci Carraway & her partner Ken, Craig Masotti & his wife Joan, Tom Masotti, and Julie Masotti, dear brother of Marie Moudry. Russell is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
