Rosemarie Johnson, loving wife, devoted mother, and doting grandmother, was born December 30, 1948, and passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a cherished member of her family and community, whose presence touched the lives of many.
Rosemarie is survived by her devoted husband of 51 years, Joseph E. Johnson. Together, they shared a life filled with love and companionship. She was a proud mother to her son, Paul J. Airey, (Tammy), and grandmother to her granddaughter, Katelyn Michele Airey. Additionally, her warmth extended beyond immediate family to include her niece, Maggie Ivusich (Wayne) and many cousins.
Rosemarie was the beloved daughter of the late Melvin and Gertrude McDowell, whose memories she carried close throughout her life.
Rosemarie loved the simple pleasures in life, like her companionship with her cat Brownie, taking long, scenic car rides with her husband Joe, and a good ol' fashioned karaoke night at the local VFW.
