Ronald A. Parent, a man distinguished by his unwavering dedication to his family and his country, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 26, 2026. Born in New Hampshire on September 8, 1938, Ronald’s life was marked by service, both as an Army veteran during the Korean War and as a committed engineer for the federal government within the Department of Energy.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ronald was a devoted family man, whose priority was always the well-being and happiness of those he cherished most.

He was the devoted husband of nearly 60 years to Angela H. Parent, who preceded him in death. Their bond remained a central part of his life and heart.

He was the loving father of three daughters: Laura, Thea, and Ann. His role as a father was one he embraced wholeheartedly, offering unwavering support, love, and guidance through every stage of their lives. His legacy of care and dedication extended to his beloved grandchildren, Julian, Isabelle, and Dillon, to whom he was a loving grandfather.
