On October 31, 2013 Regina Burkhardt (Balakier), loving wife of the late William H. Burkhardt; beloved mother of William P. Burkhardt, Regina Schultz and husband Albert, Linda Pletka and Denise Smecina and husband Robert.  Dear Grandmother of Scott Schultz, and Sarah and Donna Smrcina.  Great-grandmother of Abigail Heim and Garrett Schultz.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, 1 PM, at Sacred Heart of Mary Church.  Entombment to follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
