On November 2, 2015, PHYLLIS E. ROSTEK (nee Lukashefski) beloved wife of the late Leonard Rostek, dear mother of the late Donna Lee Rostek, loving sister of the late Edward and Anthony Lukashefski, dear neice of Lottie Kalafut, cousin of Sister Claudia Rostek, Joseph Kalafut, Karen Fabian, and Elaine Davis. Phyllis is also survived by many loving friends.
