DiBlasio & her husband James, Theodore Martin Wojtas & his wife Erika, Cathleen M. Leauby & her husband Brian, Carol J. Pirkey & her husband Keith, loving grandmother of Elizabeth Abbasi, Timothy DiBlasio, Theodore Wojtas, Katie Streett, Mary Fleming, Frank Lancaster, Michael Tracey, and Danielle Tracey, great-grandmother of Leah, Luca, Aubrey, Lucille, Theodore, Ryan, Harper, Thea. Brandon, and Cameron.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Funeral mass in Our Lady of Hope Church on Saturday at 10 A.M. Interment in Oak Lawn Cemetery. Those desiring, may make memorial contributions in Patricia's name to BARCS.
