Dear grandfather of Kristen, Mark, Jim, Jesse, Savanah and Hunter. Brother of Kathleen Provonche and Steven Polek.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service will take place at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery.
