Michael David Maans, Sr.

Suddenly, on June 8 2024, Michael David Maans Sr. aged 61 of Middle River, departed this life. He was born on October 14, 1962 to the late William C. Maans Sr. & Patricia A. Maans.

 He grew up In Essex, Md. and graduated from Kenwood High School. He studied at Lincoln Technical Institute and later joined the U.S. Army. He was deployed to Germany and served as a mechanic. He formed and maintained many lasting friendships from his military years.

 He was the beloved father to Kelly Waite (Luke), Katie Maans and Michael D. Maans Jr. (Jessica) and was the devoted grandfather to Kaydin Malcolm, Leigha Waite, Alyssa Berre, Alannah Jeppi, Aubree Miller and Jemma Maans.

 He is survived by his six brothers and sisters. William Maans Jr. (Pat), Patricia Weiskopf (Jerry), Stephen Maans, Mary Hannigan (David), Timothy Maans (Tina) and Gregory Maans (Angel) and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews
