On February 16, 2021, MARY ELIZABETH SPENCE (nee Hughes) was born on November 30, 1924 to John Hughes and Else Hughes (nee Walker). Beloved wife of the late William W. Spence Jr.; dear mother of William W. Spence, III, Carol Ann Bland and husband Thomas; grandmother of Stephen R. Spence and wife Jessica, Elizabeth C. Denisuk and husband Scott, Matthew W. Spence and wife Gail, and Gregory B. Spence; great-grandmother of Megan S. Spence; sister of the late John Hughes and wife Edna. Also survived by numerous other family and friends.
