Martha Szyjka
July 18, 1956 — April 19, 2020
Suddenly on Sunday, April 19, 2020, MARTHA SZYJKA, beloved daughter of the late Edward B. & Wanda Szyjka (nee Smolinska), loving sister of Roman Szyjka, Helen S. Bender, Christine S. Wroten, and the late Thaddeus Szyjka. Martha is also survived by 2 nieces, 7 nephews, 7 great nieces, 5 great nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
A Memorial Gathering will take place at the Funeral Home on Thursday May 13, 2021 from 6 until 8 P.M. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday May 14, 2021, 10 A.M. at Holy Rosary Church. Interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Martha Szyjka's name to Holy Rosary Church- Roof Fund, 408 S. Chester Street, Baltimore, MD 21231
