Waters beloved husband of the late Maryanna Waters (nee King) , devoted companion of Brenda Kelly, dear father of Richard Waters, father-in-law of Isabel Conley, brother of Ruth, Eleanor, and the late George , Theodore, William, Edna, Carl, Charlotte, Mary, Frederick and Ellwood.
Visitation at KACZOROWSKI FUNERAL HOME 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery.
