Joan Vivian (Bullock) Kirtscher

On Tuesday, February 8, 2022, Joan Vivian Kirtscher (nee Bullock), beloved wife of the late Herbert Kirtscher, Jr.; mother of Vivian Joan Kelly & her husband Shane; loving sister of Ruth Knotts and husband, Carl, Sr.; dear sister-in-law of Frances Bullock; grandmother of Devin and Zachery Kelly and numerous nieces and nephews. She loved her miniature dachshunds. Joan was predeceased by brothers, Charles and William Bullock and daughter, Rachel Kirtscher. She will be laid to rest at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens at 10:00 am on Monday, February 14, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to Epiphany Lutheran Church, 4301 Raspe Ave, Baltimore, MD 21206.
