Jacqueline V. Tull

January 26, 1944 — May 17, 2026

Jacqueline V. Tull, lovingly referred to as "Big Red", a cherished resident of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026. Born on January 26, 1944, in Baltimore, she lived a life marked by generosity, a deep love for her community, and a passionate dedication to her family and faith.

Jacqueline was known as an avid reader and trivia buff who delighted in sharpening her mind with every challenge. A devoted member of her church, she found great comfort and inspiration in her spiritual life, which was evident in her active involvement and heartfelt care for others. Her crafty nature brought warmth and creativity to many aspects of her life, and she found joy in playing bingo, often brightening the room with her enthusiasm. Jacqueline’s compassion extended beyond people to animals as well, reflecting her tender heart and unwavering kindness.

Throughout her life, Jacqueline was fiercely protective of those she loved, always standing up for the underdog — sometimes to a fault. She had a lively interest in crime shows, which perhaps mirrored her sharp intellect and keen sense of justice. Above all, she was a generous soul, whose spirit of giving and support left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Jacqueline is survived by her loving children: Kenneth Tull, Tina Rockstroh and husband Brian, and Karrie Armetta and husband Michael;  her grandchildren Kenneth Tull II, Emily Tull, Shelby Armetta, and Robert Hepner; and her great-grandchild Azari Barnett. Her family was the center of her world, and she took immense pride and joy in watching her family grow and flourish.

Friends and family will gather to honor Jacqueline’s memory at the Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., located at 1201 Dundalk Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21222. Visitations will take place on May 21, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and later that evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on May 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Casimir Church in Maryland. Following the Mass, a burial service will be conducted at Saint Stanislaus Cemetery, 6515 Boston Street, Baltimore, MD 21224, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
