On July 29, 2012, JACK H. COOK beloved husband of Joyce Cook ( nee Pultz) devoted father of Barbara Calvert, Jack Cook, Donald Cook, Leslie Holsey, and Chris Cook, dear brother of Arthur, Gary, and Joyce Cook. Jack is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral Service on Friday at 12 noon. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Jack’s name to Joseph Richey Hospice.
