On November 22, 2017 Harllee A Russ, Jr. beloved husband of the late Kathleen M. Russ, devoted son of the late Harlee A. Russ, Sr. & Mary Russ, brother of the late Jack Russ. Harllee was a loved husband, uncle, friend teacher, coach.
