George Wayne Turner, age 76, of Baltimore, MD, passed away peacefully at his son's residence on the evening of December 12, 2025.
Wayne was defined by his quiet strength, resilience through adversity, and his care for others. He faced life's challenges with determination and grace, and those who knew him will remember his steady presence and the care he showed in his own way.
For over 20 years, Wayne worked at the Dundalk Home Depot, where he found not just a career but a second family. He deeply valued his coworkers and took great pride in being part of a team he considered family. One of his greatest joys was Giving Back to the community, especially through Home Depot's Kids Workshop events.
He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Foster-Feuerhardt, his son, Craig Turner, along with Wayne's grandchildren (Neil, Michael, Anthony, Austin, Conner, Angela, John, Mary, Aiden, Quinn, and Jameson), who will carry forward his memory and the values he lived by.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Allen Turner and Elaine Mary Turner, his step-daughter, Jamie Lynn McLaughlin; his grandson, Robert Daniel Cole, his brother, Edward Allan Turner; and his sister, Betty Lou Myers.
His passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the love he gave. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family and all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2026 at Phillips Inn in Dundalk, MD from 7pm to 9pm.
