Eric Michael Forrest, age 45, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 13, 2022. Eric is survived by companion Leslie Cartwright, son Collin and daughter Taylor as well as brother Brett Forrest (wife Michele), sister Kelly Groth (husband Michael) and many other loving family and friends. Eric was predeceased by his parents, Ronald and Joyce Forrest. A private graveside service will be held by the family.
