Carmen Delia Feliciano

October 1, 1945 — July 18, 2022

Carmen D. Feliciano transitioned from earth to glory while surrounded by the love of her family. She entered the gates of heaven to join her parents, siblings, and many other family members on July 18, 2022.
Carmen was born on October 1, 1945, in Manatí, Puerto Rico. Carmen moved from Puerto Rico to Baltimore, Maryland in 1958. In 1962 and 1963, she gave birth to her two sons, Eddie Arcaro and Ernesto Tapia.
Carmen is survived by her husband, Pedro Feliciano; her two sons, Eddie Arcaro and Ernesto Tapia; her grandchildren, Dominic Tapia, Carisa Arcaro, and Zachary Arcaro; her great grandchildren, Dillon Tapia, Angel Schnople, and Tamara Suarez; and future generations to come.
Carmen touched so many lives. She will be deeply missed by everyone. We will carry her memory in our hearts forever.
