On July 3, 2016, BETSY J. FOBLE (nee Walker) beloved wife of the late Frank J. Foble, loving daughter of Mary Walker and the late Joseph Walker, Sr., devoted mother of Robert Smolinski and his wife Sally Wright. Betsy is also survived by her loving dogs Sophie and Sam, 1 sister, 3 brothers, and other loving relatives and friends.
Visiting hours at Kaczorowski Funeral Home, P.A., 1201 Dundalk Avenue on Wednesday fro 3-5 & 7-9 P.M. Funeral Service Wednesday evening at 7:30 P.M. Interment Private.
