Services of Funeral Director and Staff

This fee for our services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding/receiving remains.
Embalming
$1,295.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements,such as a funeral with public viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right, under certain circumstances, to choose an arrangement that does not require the need for it, such as Direct Cremation or Immediate Burial.

These Holidays are: New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.)

Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Home

This charge includes removal of remains, necessary services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, and local transportation to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body. Combination unit is included.
Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home

This charge includes transportation of remains to us within 25 miles, temporary shelter of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and necessary services of staff. this charge does not include visitation, rites, or ceremonies.

Alternative Container for Direct Cremation

When identification of remains must take place for either direct cremation or direct burial, the identification is limited to no more than 6 people, for no more than 15 minutes. (NO PUBLIC VISITATION)
There will be an additional fee of $250.00 if the identification is scheduled at the request and convenience of the family at another time other than at the time of arrangements. This fee will not be imposed if the funeral home cannot accommodate the identification at the time of arrangements. Persons weighing more than 250 pounds will be subject to additional fees assessed by the crematory.

To express our deepest sympathy to those families who have experienced the loss of a child we offer any of our service charges reduced at time of arrangements.
